MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:

PC with 4X CD ROM player, Pentium 133 or better, 16 Megabytes of RAM, 16-Bit sound card capable of 22,050 KHz or better, SVGA Video card capable of 640 x 480 screen resolution and 256 colors, Windows XP, ME, 98, or 95, Printer recommended.

Computers are found everywhere these days, and can be picked up reasonably cheaply. When my wife and I decided to homeschool our youngest daughter we thought it best to get her her own box and went hunting for one that would'nt set us back an arm and a leg.

Craig's list proved to be the answer, and we were able to pick Tori up, ironically enough, a rebuilt school computer for less than $100.00 Check Craig's List in your local area and chances are you will be able to find one close to where you're located.

Or see if you can find one at a yard sale.  Computers are everywhere.  Even a cheap one can be revamped by the local computer geek and made servicable.
